Terms of Service

By ordering an analysis from Go Far Property Management LLC ("Go Far STR Intelligence"), you agree to these terms.

Nature of the service. We provide informational analysis and revenue projections regarding the potential short-term rental performance of a property. All projections are estimates based on the information available to us and assumptions stated in the report. They are not guarantees of revenue, occupancy or investment performance.

Not professional advice. Our reports do not constitute financial, tax, legal, lending, real estate brokerage or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your purchase and operating decisions and should consult qualified professionals.

Your responsibility to verify. You must independently verify zoning, permitting, HOA restrictions, insurance requirements, financing requirements and local short-term rental regulations before purchasing or operating a property. We do not verify the legality of short-term rental operation at any property.

Accuracy of your information. Our analysis relies on the property details you supply. Inaccurate or incomplete information will affect the results.

Deliverables and refunds. Reports are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of order. Because each report is prepared manually for a specific property, orders may not be refundable once analysis has begun.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis in question.
