Built from the buyer's side of the table.

Go Far was created by Sara Helmkamp, a licensed real estate professional and hands-on STR owner/operator who has evaluated, purchased, renovated and operated short-term rental properties.

Her experience includes evaluating potential STR acquisitions, operating and managing vacation rentals, analyzing revenue potential, developing pricing and positioning strategies, coordinating property setup and improvements, and managing the day-to-day realities that determine whether a short-term rental actually performs.

Go Far STR Intelligence grew from a simple problem she encountered repeatedly: buyers can find plenty of automated revenue estimates online, but an estimate alone does not tell them whether a specific property makes sense.

Go Far was created to bridge that gap by combining data with operator judgment.

Every Go Far analysis is designed to answer a practical question: "Would this property make sense as a short-term rental — and what would need to be true for it to work?"

Why Go Far exists

Data can give you a projection. An operator can help you understand it.

Automated STR tools can be useful starting points. But two properties in the same market can perform very differently.

Layout, guest capacity, amenities, condition, location within the market, seasonality, competition, operating expenses and positioning all matter.

Go Far STR Intelligence adds human analysis to the numbers.

Rather than handing you a single revenue estimate, we evaluate multiple scenarios, examine relevant comparable properties, consider operating assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and explain the reasoning behind the projection.
